Reporting Abuse

If you have experienced abuse, witnessed abuse, or are concerned that abuse may be occurring in a long-term care facility, please access this link for information about how to report suspected abuse.  You do not need to know with certainty that abuse has taken place before reporting.  The trained individuals with whom you will speak will provide you with information and advice about whether your situation meets the definition of abuse and, if it does, will initiate an investigation.
